The company has three high capacity production lines, completely computerized for long and cut pasta processes. The total production capacity is 37.000 tons per year.
The company counts with high tech infrastructure for its raw material and finished products management, like: silos and computerized systems of flour and semolina feeding, kettles, coolers, packaging machines and computerized silos of reception of the finished products, considering this as a competitive advantage.
The personnel of the company is 40 people, 35 in operative labors and 5 in the administrative area, which demonstrates the high degree of automatization of their facilities and efficiency.
In similar conditions of productivity without having an automatic system, the total necessary personnel would be of 100 people.
The origin of the machinery is Italian. Being Italy the first machinery manufacturer of pasta in the world.
